Ryan is an experienced attorney who specializes in commercial real estate leasing, real estate transactions, corporate law, and commercial litigation. He has focused his career on expertly handling disputes concerning real estate contracts, real estate financing, construction defects, consumer fraud, association transition disputes, and all types of residential and commercial tenancy matters.

In college Ryan worked as an intern with The White House’s Office of Public Liaison, and served also as an analyst in the Intelligence Bureau of New Jersey’s Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Government, having also earned several honor society memberships, including Phi Eta Sigma, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Lambda Sigma Tau.

Before starting the firm, Ryan was an attorney with the national law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., before launching his own law firm. While at Archer & Greiner, Ryan became an expert in construction litigation and commercial real estate matter, and opened up his own law practice in the same areas. He understands the unique issues facing small businesses and entrepreneurs of all types, and has developed a strong reputation in New Jersey as a trusted and formidable commercial real estate counselor to his clients in the state.

Ryan grew up in central New Jersey, and currently lives with his wife and children in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. After graduating from Saint John Vianney High School in Holmdel,

New Jersey, he earned degrees from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey, and Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey. Ryan taught undergraduate legal studies courses for several years as a professor for his alma mater, Monmouth University where he was a beloved mentor to his students.

 

He is also the Technical Director of the Match Fit Academy youth soccer program in New Jersey, where his teams have won multiple New Jersey state titles and are nationally ranked on a regular basis - the result of a relentless commitment to excellence.
